An economical choice with surprisingly little fat (well, we're not surprised - but you might be!). 2-3 lengths of rib, approx 3" wide.
New on our website perhaps, but not new at markets! We have a few kids who love to chew meat off a bone, so ribs (of any kind) are a family favourite and a great way to make use of an animal.
