Lamb Ribs


An economical choice with surprisingly little fat (well, we're not surprised - but you might be!).  2-3 lengths of rib, approx 3" wide.  

  • Story

    New on our website perhaps, but not new at markets!  We have a few kids who love to chew meat off a bone, so ribs (of any kind) are a family favourite and a great way to make use of an animal. 

  • Ingredients

    Just one: our lamb meat on bones! 

  • Cooking Tips

    You can find a whole post on how I "instant pot" them here. Low and slow then some grill marks on the BBQ or under the broiler is the way to go.
