Hello! We've been asked by several of you if we will have legs available for Easter, and the answer has been confirmed! Send us a message and we will put you on the list. If you are new to us, a deposit is a courtesy we welcome. If you are an established customer, well... we probably know where to find you!
We've had smaller roasts in our inventory all winter long, but a big meaty leg is a favourite and a cut I don't often get to use because they get sold! I already have my name on one and I know that I am roasting it with this recipe ("Roasted Leg of Lamb with Apricot Chutney"). Easter is my absolute favourite holiday, so I am looking forward to it already.
We need orders in by March 21st, so make your plans and let us know.
