STORY
Our daughter, Robyn, raises a flock of turkeys each season. They roam the pastures and are fed a diet of farm-grown grain and goat's milk. No processed feed; always a sellout!

I used to put a lot of effort into prepping a turkey - brining for days ahead, etc. but since Robyn has been raising turkeys, I like to thaw it, tuck in some fresh herbs, add a drizzle of maple butter, and roast breast side down.
