Lamb Meatballs


Family favourite here! Frozen all-lamb meatballs that make for easy gourmet at-home meals. They come in packages of 12 meatballs, flavoured with rosemary & garlic, that are generous 1.4-oz in size.  


    We are always looking for new ways to connect folks with lamb, and this is a great one! Our family trialed out many recipes to come up with a meatball that had the right balance of texture, flavour, and ease of preparation.  The question is no longer "What's for supper?" but instead "Do we feel like traditionally-flavoured Rosemary Garlic or the more adventurous Garam Masala lamb meatballs from Red Barn Family Farm?"


    Saskatchewan Lamb, ground oats, egg, spices, garlic, salt.


    Preheat oven to 400-degrees Farenheit.  Place meatballs on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35min.  Add your favorite sauce and serve.
